Refund policy

Every Dagcros order is made to order with your logo or text, so our returns work differently from a regular clothing store. This policy explains when we reprint, replace or refund, and how to reach us.

Custom items are made just for you

Because each piece is printed or embroidered with your design, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or if a different size was ordered. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. Not sure? Order a single piece as a sample first.

Your proof comes first

Before production, we send a digital mockup on WhatsApp or email. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, colours, size and placement carefully, because we print what you approve.

When we make it right

We'll reprint or replace the affected pieces, or refund them, if:

  • the print or embroidery doesn't match the proof you approved,
  • you received the wrong product, colour, size or quantity,
  • a piece has a manufacturing defect, or
  • the parcel arrived damaged.

Tell us within 4 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 99103 86149) or email (contact@dagcros.com) with your order number and clear photos of the issue (an unboxing video helps for damaged parcels). Please keep the items unused and unwashed until we've reviewed the claim.

Things that aren't defects

  • Small colour differences between your screen and the fabric or ink.
  • Small variations in print position and size, up to ±0.5 inch.
  • Garment measurements within ±0.5 inch of the size guide.
  • Issues caused by washing or care against the care instructions.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your proof. Once production has started, orders can't be cancelled because the pieces are already being made with your design. For bulk orders, the 50% advance is non-refundable once production has started.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
