Terms of service

These terms apply when you use dagcros.com or place an order with Dagcros Merchandising, a proprietorship, at 54-A/3, 2nd Floor, Near Telephone Exchange, Gol Chakkar, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095 ("Dagcros", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. Custom products

We make custom-printed and embroidered clothing and caps to order. Product photos and on-screen previews are indicative: colours, print size and placement can vary slightly. Before production we send a digital mockup for your approval, and we produce what you approve.

2. Your designs

When you upload a logo, artwork or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You're responsible for any claims arising from content you supply. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a design is unlawful, offensive or appears to infringe someone else's rights. You keep ownership of your designs. You allow us to use them only to make and deliver your order, unless you agree otherwise.

3. Orders and quantities

Online orders are for 1 to 30 pieces per product (sizes can be mixed). For larger quantities, please request a bulk quote. An order is confirmed when we accept it and payment is received. For bulk orders, it's confirmed when the 50% advance is received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error, with a full refund of anything you've paid.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Quantity-based prices apply automatically in the cart. Online orders are paid at checkout, in full or with partial cash on delivery where offered. Bulk orders need a 50% advance to start production, and the balance is due before dispatch. Payment is processed by our payment partners. We don't store your card details.

5. Production, shipping and returns

Production times, delivery and our returns process are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, interfere with its security or upload harmful files. Site content, our logo and our product images belong to Dagcros or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or event costs, caused by a delay or defect. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

8. Grievances

For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer: Devesh Ahuja, +91 99103 86149, contact@dagcros.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
