Shipping policy
We make every order in our own factory in Delhi and ship it across India.
Production time
Production takes 5–7 days after you approve your mockup. Online orders are made once payment is complete. For bulk orders, production starts after the 50% advance, and the balance is due before dispatch.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
These are estimates from our courier partners. Delays can happen around festivals, bad weather or in remote areas.
Shipping charges
Shipping is included in our prices. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Cash on delivery
Partial cash on delivery is available: you pay part of the order online when you place it, and the rest in cash when it arrives. The amount to pay online is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also message us on WhatsApp (+91 99103 86149) with your order number for an update.
Address and delivery
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of a mistake on our side, we reship it free. If it comes back because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we can reship it for the shipping cost.
GST invoice
Every order comes with a GST invoice. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout to get it in your company's name.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos (an unboxing video helps) and tell us within 4 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for how we make it right.
